I have an archive copy of ~80TB of scientific papers. Here's what I do to stay on top of it without investing in premium hardware.
Spoiler: I use git-annex (https://git-annex.branchable.com/) and drives ordered off ebay, generally the cheapest ones I can get.
I will give a short introduction to git-annex and tell a few war stories about sourcing and then dealing with cheap but low-quality storage, after that I'll be taking questions. I will also tell you how to spin up your own archive copy if anybody's interested.
There won't be a recording or slides.
